It’s a bad habit of designers, I guess. We’re always complaining that our portfolio’s out of date, and I absolutely swear I’m in the middle of updating it! Then, of course, when we’re busy we’re too busy to do any updating. I guess that’s a good sign - being too busy, that is.
In the meantime, here’s some juice and yogurt packaging from my first job in 1998 when all I wanted from my phone was a smaller Nokia or maybe even a Motorola StarTac, and I had absolutely no idea what was coming in technology.
I definitely had no idea that one day I’d be designing apps and digital products, and not art directing photoshoots of strawberries for Petits Filous.
